Missing Baggage
Contact Center and Claims Management is courtesy of the TSA (Transportation Security Administration). For a complaint about missing baggage, first contact the airline. Most airlines suggest reporting missing bags at the airport within 24 hours and filling out an Air Carrier Claim Report within 30 to 45 days. If items were left at a TSA screening or baggage checkpoint, call the TSA Contact Center at: +1 866 289 9673 or contact the Lost and Found department at Logan Airport at: (617) 561-1714
Help for Stranded Travelers
Public Information Booths are located at the lower level baggage claim areas of each terminal. Public Service Representatives assist passengers with their queries.
